Summit series is an American organization that hosts conferences and events for young entrepreneurs, artists and activists. Events organized by the group include an annual invitation to a conference that gather across 6 pillars – thought leadership, culture, art, culinary, wellness, and impact.

DUTIES:

• Ideate & secure a compelling programming slate for live events (Summit flagship) & virtual slate (Summit Junto workshops).

• Created Notion procedure and onboarded the company for Programming, Marketing, and Hospitality process.  

• Strengthened relationships with publicists, managers, and speakers to best curate Summit programming.

• Oversaw full speaker experience – outreach, session development, itinerary development, and stage managing.

• Supported event production by developing detailed Session Riders for each speaker.

• Worked collaboratively with CRM team when onboarding speakers into database.

• Hosted live content for Summit Junto virtual workshops, including creation of introduction scripts and live Q+A facilitation.

• Worked with marketing lead to editorialize programming slate for newsletters, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
